Plastic-Coated Pipe & Joint Carton Flow Racking

Plastic-coated pipe and joint carton flow racks in a production area

Overview

Plastic-coated pipe & joint carton flow racking combines a modular tubular frame structure with inclined roller tracks to move cartons and containers towards the picking side by gravity. The system supports first-in, first-out (FIFO) material flow and can be configured around container dimensions, picking heights and workstation layouts. Its flexible and reconfigurable design makes it particularly suitable for line-side material supply, parts picking and production environments where efficient material presentation and space utilisation are essential.

Key Features

  • Gravity-fed FIFO material flow
  • Modular pipe & joint construction
  • Efficient carton and container picking
  • Adjustable lane widths and positions
  • Ergonomic presentation of materials
  • Easy to modify and reconfigure
  • Suitable for line-side supply and supermarkets
  • Engineered around containers and process requirements

Applications

Ideal for assembly lines, production supermarkets, warehouses and picking areas requiring organised FIFO supply of cartons, bins and components. Common applications include line-side feeding, order picking, component storage and production buffer areas.

Optional Configurations

Plastic-coated pipe & joint carton flow systems can be configured with different frame dimensions, roller tracks, lane widths, picking heights and shelf levels according to the application. Optional solutions include dividers, guides, labels, end stops, adjustable feet, castors and other handling accessories. Alternative pipe finishes, including chrome-plated and stainless-steel versions, can also be considered depending on the application and environment.
